Type "T1+", the apartment is composed as follows:
- a 27 m² / 290 sq.ft studio offering:
an independent and air-conditioned bedroom, Queen size bed 160x200,
an open kitchen, sea view, including a dishwasher,
a bathroom with a large glass shower,
an entrance hall and separate toilets.
- a covered loggia of 15 m² / 160 sq.ft, air-conditioned, converted into a living room, full sea view, not overlooked. Sofa bed 140x190.
- a large open-air terrace of 25 m² / 269 sq.ft, facing SOUTH-WEST, with a beautiful view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the Marinella beach.
In total, an area of 67 m² / 721 sq.ft at your exclusive disposal.
Living room: Air conditioning, sofa bed (double bed 140x190), coffee table, flat screen TV (160 free channels), high-speed fiber Wi-Fi Internet 800MB, storage cupboard with small wardrobe, side table and chairs.
Bedroom: Air conditioning, large "Queen size" bed 160X200, Epeda spring mattress very comfortable, sea view from the bedroom when waking up. Storage (two 80x77x35 pieces of furniture and a 215x45x35 column)
A baby travel cot can be provided if necessary, as well as beach toys, stroller, baby seat, booster seat, etc...
Kitchen: New kitchen, new fridge (2024), induction hob, combined microwave (can cook pies, pizza, gratins...), filter, plunger and Nespresso capsule coffee makers (10 free capsules per week), kettle and all the usual cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Terrace: A large wooden table for 8 people, two matching benches and a shade sail. Decorated with an olive tree, oleanders and a rubber tree, we ask you to be kind enough to water these plants regularly, thank you in advance).
Bathroom: Large shower with glass screen, heated towel rail, hair dryer, washer-dryer.
All linens are provided for each traveler: Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, hand and beach towels, bath and kitchen mats, kitchen and household linen.
A kitchen assortment is also available if necessary: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, powdered and lump sugar, coffee, tea, rice, pasta, tomato sauce, stock cube, mineral water, etc.
These goods are at your disposal if needed and at no extra charge, do not hesitate to use them. You can if you wish make a supplement, so that the following travelers find the same comfort upon their arrival.
For stays of at least 7 days, we also offer to do your first shopping, so that you feel at home upon arrival, and this at no extra charge (reimbursement based on the receipt).
Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. and departures before 12:00 p.m. Possibility of luggage storage if necessary or flexibility during the day when the apartment is not immediately rented. (Earlier arrival or later departure)
If you are without a car, we can pick you up and take you back to the airport or the ferry terminal, depending on our availability. Do not hesitate to contact us on this point.
- It is not permitted to hang laundry on the balcony railing. A clothesline is at your disposal in the loggia.
IMPORTANT: The residence is a peaceful place, where you will enjoy staying, thank you for constantly ensuring the tranquility of the residents, by avoiding any noise or discussion likely to disturb the neighborhood, especially from the terrace. Furthermore, in case of arrival / departure early in the morning or late in the evening, or even at night, please carry your suitcases on the few dozen meters that separate you from the parking lot.
